Software Development GigaCon 2008

We would like o invite you to participate in the 9th edition of Software Development GigaCon Conference.

Our long-term experience in promoting modern IT solutions allows us to organize an event which addresses both the needs of suppliers and customers. Meeting your potential customers, you will be able to demonstrate the advantages and capabilities of your IT solutions, and also validate your offering and adjust it to the requirements of selected customers.

Suggested forms of marketing services:

• Conference sponsor packages (the main sponsor, the sponsor and the session sponsor)
• Technical and product – related lectures in 30 and 45 minutes' segments
• Solutions display - a table in the exhibition room
• Advertising material distribution
• Advertisement in the conference brochure (II, III, IV cover, inside materials: colour or black-and-white)

We provide the event participants with (included in the presentation price):

pre-conference service

• collecting information on the lecture/film/lecturer (companies are obliged to submit text papers by the arranged deadline. Otherwise the registration will not be put in the catalogue.)
• displacing the above-mentioned information on the website of EOIF Giga Con 2007 conference as well as in a printed catalogue of companies
• publishing the information about the company’s participation in all forms of conference promotion (fax / mailing / e-mail / www / advertisements / leaflets)
• aid in the organisation of the lecture: providing the appropriate technical conditions for the prepared presentation

service during the conference

• displacing the lecture-related information, prepered by the company in the conference portfolio (companies catalogue) delivered to each meeting participant
• preparing a lecture room equipped with:
  - a computer with the installed (previously submitted) presentation and / or other lecture papers in the electronic form
  - color video projector linked to the computer with the nominal resolution of 1024x768 and a screen for projecting the presentation
  - sound amplification
  - on request – to be arranged – other equipment elements: additional power supply adapters, tables for additional equipment, active telephone socket. Internet usage is a service payable extra according to the current hotel fees. The order should be submitted the the conference organiser 5 days before the conference at the latest.
• providing lecturers with all the rights to which conference participants are entitled + lunch (along with the lecturer, in the lectures additionally one person from the company may participate)
• presentation time controlling
• supervision over the course of the lecture and agency in contact with the hotel service
• the possibility of free of charge distribution of advertising material among the participants of your lecture and aid in the distribution of these material
• polling the conference participants from the viewpoint of lecture evaluation and further interest in the presented subject
• a stand/display of solutions may be serviced by two persons, they are provided with full conference service (in the service price, including lunch)

post-conference service

• delivering the results of the polls analysis along with the data pacquet of people who request for sending additional materials or interested in further, direct contact
• delivering a list of companies whose representatives have taken part in the conference
• publishing information about the company in post-conference material sent to editor’s offices of Polish editor’s houses – the tele-IT and daily press
